What data we collect

Through the forms on our site (inquiries about buying a car, selling a car, installment financing, leasing, or a turnkey car order) we collect the name, phone, email, Telegram and/or WhatsApp you provide — at least one contact method is required. When you sell a car through the site, we also collect details about the car and the photos you upload. When you submit a review, we collect your name and the review text, which is published on the site after moderator approval. We never ask for or store bank card details — payment is arranged directly in person.

When you browse the site we also count views of each car listing — this data is not linked to your identity. Once you consent to Google Analytics (via the cookie banner), we receive anonymized visit statistics through cookies.

Why we use this data

To contact you about your inquiry, discuss the terms of a purchase, sale, installment plan or leasing, publish your review (only with your consent when submitting it), and improve the site based on visit statistics.

Legal basis

Processing the data you submit through forms is based on your consent when submitting the form and on the need to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b)). Analytics cookies are used only after separate consent given through the site's cookie banner.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be processed by our hosting provider (to store the site and database) and, if you consent to analytics, by Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) for anonymized visit statistics.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and communicate with you, or until you ask us to delete it. Published reviews remain on the site until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time — just email us at info@gressmotors.com. You may also file a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO) if you believe your rights have been violated.

Cookies

The site uses technical cookies required for it to function and, only with your consent, Google Analytics cookies to collect anonymized visit statistics. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie banner on the site.
